Eligibility

  • Student: Please bring valid proof of enrollment to the conference.

Policies

  • At least one presenter per paper is required to register for the regular (3-day) conference.
  • Virtual presentations are not permitted.
  • The registration fee varies depending on the number of pages, with a maximum of 8 pages.
  • Papers without valid registration and payment will be excluded from the proceedings.
  • Submissions for late-breaking results follow the same registration fee structure as regular tracks.
  • We only accept online payments; on-site payment is not possible.

No refunds will be issued. In cases of visa denial, registration may be transferred to a colleague from the same organization.
