Camera-Ready Instruction

It is required to check your final manuscript compatibility via IEEE PDF eXpress. Non-compliance may result in exclusion from the conference proceedings.

After submitting your final manuscript to EDAS and confirming that your manuscript meets all EDAS formatting requirements (such as margins, embedded fonts, etc.), please submit your manuscript to IEEE PDF eXpress by visiting https://ieee-pdf-express.org.

First-time Users

Create an IEEE PDF eXpress account using the following information:

  • Conference ID: 67508X
  • Your email address
  • A password
  • Continue to enter information as prompted.

If you have already used IEEE PDF eXpress for another conference, you can reuse your account by entering the Conference ID above. Please make sure your information is up to date.


Once your paper status has changed to “Pass” in the IEEE PDF eXpress console, please click the “Approve Paper” button in the “Action” column.
If your final manuscript does not pass IEEE PDF eXpress check, please revise it accordingly. Please ensure your final manuscript meets all EDAS formatting requirements AND pass the IEEE PDF eXpress check.

Extended Camera-Ready Deadline

To accommodate the final manuscript compatibility, we have extended the camera-ready submission deadline to September 26, 2025 — 11:59 PM KST.

Summary

Once verified by "EDAS" and "IEEE PDF eXpress", upload your compatible PDF to the conference EDAS website as the “Final Manuscript”.
