Call for Late-Breaking Results


The International Conference on Control, Automation and Information Sciences (ICCAIS) 2025 invites submissions of Late-Breaking Results for oral or poster presentation at our upcoming conference. Please note that these Late-Breaking Results submissions are not peer-reviewed and will not be considered formal publications in the final proceeding; however, they will be accessible in electronic form to all conference attendees.



What are Late-Breaking Results?


Late-Breaking Results papers offer a platform for researchers, academics, students, and industry professionals to present promising, evolving research with the potential for significant contributions. This includes reports on:

  • Initial results of ongoing projects that demonstrate promising potential
  • Significant preliminary findings that warrant immediate dissemination
  • Innovative concepts and methodologies that have not yet been fully validated


Important Dates


  • September 30, 2025 – 11:59 pm KST: Deadline for Late-Breaking Results
  • October 4, 2025: Acceptance Decision
  • October 7, 2025 – 11:59 pm KST: Deadline for Final Materials


Submission Guidelines


Submitted papers should be concise, ranging from 2 to 4 pages, including figures, tables, and references. Content must comprise:

  • A clear statement of the research background
  • A concise problem definition
  • A brief description of the methodology employed
  • A presentation of preliminary results obtained
  • A conclusion outlining potential insights and future directions

All papers must be submitted as a PDF format via EDAS (Topic: Late-Breaking Results) by adhering strictly to the IEEE Conference template.

Accepted Late-Breaking Results will be designated for either oral or poster presentation based on the selection made by the program committee.
